Fortunate Daughter is a folk-roots duo committed to celebrating the Americana sound in all of its glorious iterations. Fortunate Daughter's sound blends together multiple genres and styles of music from Appalachian roots to southern rock to strict classical. Bandmates Heather and Alex often find inspiration from their eclectic upbringings in the northeast (Alex) and southwest (Heather) with their music firmly rooted in tradition while always evolving.​
